Shaanks Prepared for The Maca Team · September 2026

The Maca Team · a plan for November

You built two pages that sell to strangers.None of your videos point at them.

We went through all 19 of your live ads, the pages they send people to, and four bigger brands in the category. Below are three things we'd change before November, and three ads we made for you.

A short note from SaahilVideo goes here · drop assets/saahil_vsl.mp4

Saahil, who runs Shaanks, walks you through it. Two minutes.

01

Your 19 live ads

Nineteen ads are live. Two are catalogue ads that build themselves. Here are 14 of the other 17 as they show up in the feed, the videos by their first frame.

02

Where your ads send people

You have two sales pages built for one kind of buyer each, with packs up to 30% off and a 60-day refund. Here is what reaches them.

6
video ads: the menopause story, trying to conceive, a man getting his energy back, a Morning Motivator review, and your brand films
/maca-powder
A page for choosing a maca. It never mentions menopause, fertility or the Morning Motivator.
2
statics: “The best maca for women”
/mp-1 · your menopause page
“Natural Menopause Relief That Works.” Customer stories, packs up to 30% off, 60-day refund.

/mm-1 · your coffee-swap page

03

What four bigger brands do

We pulled up to 50 ads each from eight brands in supplements and functional drinks, and read the pictures, not just the captions. Four patterns repeat.

Organic Burst ad: a customer's review about maca and night sweats as the headline, with a 30-day money back badge
Organic Burst · 64 ads live · sells maca

The customer writes the ad, and the page matches the need

A real review is the headline. The click goes to a page named for the problem: fertility, perimenopause, periods, breakouts.

44 of the 48 ads we pulled send people to a page built for one need.
RYZE ad: 40% off and a stack of free gifts drawn into the ad
RYZE · 4,698 ads live

The offer is printed on the ad

The discount and the free gifts sit inside the picture, and the gifts are things you'd use every morning: a scoop, a jar, a creamer.

The offer shows inside the image on 17 of the 25 ads we read closely.
Everyday Dose ad: 4 signs your body needs to ditch regular coffee
Everyday Dose · 802 ads live

Keep the cup, blame the 2 PM crash

They never ask you to give up the morning ritual. They name what coffee does to you by the afternoon, and swap what's in the mug.

“Coffee That Does More” heads 26 of the 43 ads we pulled.
Everydae ad: a timeline of what to expect at hour 1, day 14 and day 60
Everydae · 29 ads live

The result comes with a clock

Hour 1, day 14, day 60. A timeframe tells a first-time buyer how long to give it before judging.

Organic Burst does the same in customers' words: “after I took it for one month”.

04

Three things we'd change before November

1

Point your videos at the pages you built

All six video ads go to /maca-powder. The menopause story belongs on /mp-1, the Morning Motivator review on /mm-1. It's one link change on each ad, and your best videos finally meet your best pages.

What we can't see from outside: whether these pages lost a test against your product pages before, or whether the videos only run to people who already know you. Your first videos started in April. Today all six point at /maca-powder.

2

Let your customers write the statics

Your statics say“The best maca in the world.”
“The best maca for women.”
Your customers say“No more nighttime power surges!”
“After 3 weeks WOW. No more night sweats.”

Your product statics can keep their brand claims. The ones aimed at new buyers, like “The best maca for women”, are where a customer's sentence would do more: try two or three inside the ad you already run to /mp-1. We can't see whether quote-led ads were tried before, so treat it as a test.

3

Put the refund and the packs inside the ad

None of your 17 designed ads shows an offer. Your two sales pages already carry a 60-day refund and multi-month packs. Lead the ad with the refund and the winter-supply pack, one per need, and you keep your one-or-two-sales-a-year rule without a sitewide code. We left out your 2 catalogue ads, since the price they show changes by viewer.

05

Three ads we made for you

Finished statics, with the words that run around them in the feed, and the page each one should point at.

Ad 01

Most people buy the wrong maca

Static · 4:5 · → /maca-powder
Three hands holding red, black and yellow maca packs: Most people buy the wrong maca. Three roots. Three jobs.
Primary text
Red, black or yellow? Each one does a different job. Red is the one chosen for balance and women's wellness. Black is traditionally tied to stamina and focus. Yellow is the everyday one, and the easiest place to start. Not sure which is yours? Our guide helps you pick.

Why this one. /maca-powder is a page for choosing a maca, with a “Which maca is best?” guide. This is the ad it was built for.
Ad 02

Generic maca doesn't stand a chance

Static · 4:5 · → red maca page
Red Maca packs in a grid against generic maca: Generic maca doesn't stand a chance.
Primary text
“I can't buy any from a store anymore knowing this is out there!” That's Jill, on our red maca. Scott used other macas for four years. He's staying with ours. Organic and Fair Trade, from Peru. We've sourced maca from Peruvian farmers for almost 20 years.

Why this one. Your customers already compare you to store brands in their own reviews. This puts their words next to the comparison.
Ad 03

Energy that doesn't crash at 2 PM

Static · 4:5 · → /mm-1
A warm mug beside a maca pack: Energy that doesn't crash at 2 PM. The Morning Motivator. Caffeine-free.
Primary text
“Stopped drinking coffee, and drink this exclusively in the AM now.” That's Chris, on the Morning Motivator. It's a warm cup of maca and raw cacao, and it's caffeine-free. About 50 cups a bag. Try it for 60 days; if it isn't for you, you get a complete refund, less shipping.
Headline

Button
Shop now→ themacateam.com/mm-1
Why this one. Your Morning Motivator static has run since September 2024. This one names the 2 PM moment and points at /mm-1, the coffee-swap page no ad reaches today.

Five wilder ones

Different ideas, not versions of the three above

“The taste isn't great.”Kay's own words: “The taste isn't great but I just add it to my smoothie every morning… The benefits are worth it.”
“Tonight starts at breakfast.”A bright morning kitchen, one scoop, and nothing about the night in the picture.
“Cacao for breakfast. Allowed.”The Morning Motivator as a small treat you're allowed, stamped like a permission slip.
Sweaty hot mess / cool as a cucumberMarnie's review split in two: the top half hot red, the bottom half mint.
“In loving memory: my morning coffee.”A newspaper obituary. “It had a good run. Survived by one warm mug of maca and raw cacao.”

If you want to go deeper on any of it, we can get on a call.
